Young Writers Workshop

Instructor: Storme Webber

Join other students who are passionate about writing. Explore different literary genres including poetry, short stories, graphic novels and more. Engage in process writing: generating ideas, drafting, revising and publishing. Students will spend class time using computers to publish final work to an online blog. Throughout the workshop students will tour UW resources like the Henry Art Gallery and the Burke Museum for inspiration. Anticipate possible visits from guest speakers.

This class is for students who do not need remedial writing and who are proficient in English.

Sections are not sequential. Multiple sections are offered in an effort to accommodate more students.
